Located at Indian Hill east of the Tribal Administration Building, the Property and Supply Department is responsible for purchase orders (requisitions approved and coded), inventory of 54 individual departments, purchase and registration of new Tribal department vehicles, Tribal department automobile insurance, insurance claims for all property and Tribal department vehicle damage(s), maintain keys of all department buildings, reserve GSA vehicle requests for tribal members, maintenance of all GSA vehicles, and insure all drivers that operate Tribal vehicles or rentals.
