Located at Indian Hill east of the administration building the Property and Supply department is responsible for purchase orders (requisitions approved and coded), inventory of 54 individual departments, purchase and registration of new vehicles, automobile registration renewals, automobile insurance, insurance claims for all property and vehicle damages, maintain keys of all departments, reserve GSA vehicle requests for tribal members, maintain all phones (landlines, fax, cellular), maintenance of all GSA vehicles, insure all drivers that operate Tribal vehicles or rentals, and assist tribal members with registration of vehicle purchases with the DMV.
