The May 2025 Per Capita Distribution has been scheduled for:

Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Quechan Tribal Chambers for the Quechan Tribal Elders (60 years and older).

Friday, May 9, 2025 at the Turquoise Circle Community Center located at 1810 Turquoise Circle, Winterhaven, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The May 2025 Per Capita Distribution of 3.85 Million has been approved by the Quechan Tribal Council. The amount for Adults and Minors will be $961.78.The May 2025 This reflects 35% of revenue generated by both Casinos, July 2024 - December 2024.

This specific date and time has been designated exclusively for our Elders that are 60 years of age or older.  There will be no other checks distributed during this specific date and time. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are unable to pick up your check during this time, you will have another opportunity at the general distribution the following day.

Picture ID:
A valid Driver's License, Tribal Identification or State Identification are required to pick up your check. All must be current.

Power of Attorney:
A current copy of a Power of Attorney, Guardianship/Conservator must be on file with the Revenue
Distribution Department. These documents must be current as checks will be mailed to the assigned Agent if a check is not picked up. If a POA has not been updated from last year(s) please contact Dianna Waters, Revenue Distribution, ext. 274.

Mail:
Please allow (10) ten business days after May 9, 2025 to receive your check. If you do not receive your check by May 23, 2025 please contact the Revenue Distribution Department. If a stop payment is necessary, it will take forty-eight hours before a replacement can be re-issued. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

A 1099 Misc. will be issued for the 2025 Per Capita distribution in January 2026. It is the responsibility of individual Tribal Members to report this as income.
