Enrollment Memorandum

IN RESPONSE TO PRESIDENT TRUMPS EXECUTIVE ORDERS REGARDING IMMIGRATION THE FORT YUMA QUECHAN TRIBE ANNOUNCES THE FOLLOWING.

Effective February 11, 2025, per Quechan Tribal Council, Tribal membership will be allowed one Tribal Identification card free of charge until August 11,2025. If you have a current ID card that is not expired, you do not have to obtain a new card.

Should your Tribal Identification card need replacing after receiving your one free card you will have to pay a $15.00 fee, or you may get a paper copy at no cost. You can only be issued one ID card every 30 days due to the high demand. A paper copy will be provided as a replacement during this duration.

  • Children 11 years of age and older will be able to receive their first Tribal ID.
  • Children 10 and younger can receive a Certificate of Indian blood (CIB) with their photo attached.

Our office hours will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. However, we can do ID's at 7:30 am and 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm by appointment only. If you have any questions, please contact the Enrollment Office (760) 919-3647. Quechan Tribal Council Quechan Enrollment Department
