Starting Thursday October, 15th 2020, the Office of Emergency Management will be hosting a weekly Covid-19 Care Kits Drive-Thru distribution for all enrolled Quechan tribal members 18 years and older at The Quechan Community Center.
*Care Kits have already been distributed to the Elder tribal members who are signed up for home deliveries with the Quechan Senior Nutrition Center.
These kits contain:
- Digital thermometer and temperature record card
- (2) Masks
- Surface cleaner
- Pulse oximeter
- (2) Pill organizer
- Quick guide to “Stay Safe, Stay Clear, Stay Clean, Stay Strong”
- Symptom checker
- Informational pamphlets regarding Covid-19, hand washing, facial coverings, and pulse oximetry instructions & usage
The scheduled days for pick up are based on the FIRST LETTER OF YOUR LAST NAME and will be distributed as follows:

When arriving at the Community Center, please follow QIT guidelines of wearing a facial covering, physical distancing of 6ft. and to stay home if you are feeling sick.
Any enrolled Quechan tribal members (18 years +) living outside of the reservation or the Yuma/Winterhaven areas, arrangements can be made to mail out your kit to your most current mailing address.
