Dennis Boone is an Emergency Management, Safety and Security professional with over 30 Years’ experience.  He began his career in the United States Army Military Police Corp.  After receiving an honorable discharge, he was hired as a Deputy Sheriff in Washington State, where he served his community as a Road Deputy, Field Training Officer, Medicolegal Death Investigator, Deputy Coroner and Pistol/Rifle Range Instructor.

After he left law enforcement in 2009, he started work in the corporate gold mining industry, where he supervised and managed security operations in Washington, Nevada, and West Africa.  One of his many duties was as Emergency Management Coordinator for the Nevada mining operations.

In 2019, he accepted a challenging position as Training Manager for Marksman Security’s Regional Transportation Commission account in Las Vegas, Nevada, before taking over all account operations in 2020. As the Manager for all security operations on the RTC account, he managed all 208-armed security personnel and the logistical aspects associated with the contract.

In 2022, Dennis and his family relocated to Yuma and he accepted a position as Risk Manager for The Q and Paradise Casinos before accepting the position as Quechan Emergency Management Director.
